Pixô (pixo.vn) is an artificial intelligence (AI) photo editing service operated by Công ty Cổ phần Thương mại Dịch vụ Thuê Nhanh (Tax ID 0316682493, 187/7 Điện Biên Phủ, Phường Tân Định, TP Hồ Chí Minh). Using Pixô means you agree to the terms below.
1. Account
- Sign in with Google, Apple or a code sent by email. One account per person.
- You keep your account safe. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.
- You can delete your account at any time in Account → Settings.
2. Photos you upload
- Only upload photos of yourself, or photos for which you have the consent of the people in them (or of a parent/guardian for children).
- Do not upload nude, violent, offensive or illegal photos, or photos copyrighted by others.
- Do not use AI-generated photos to impersonate, defraud, or make identity documents or legal records.
- We may refuse to process or delete violating photos, and lock accounts with repeated violations.
3. AI-generated photos
- Results are AI-generated and may not fully resemble the real person. You see a preview (with a watermark) before deciding to unlock.
- Unlocked photos are yours to use for personal purposes. Photos carry the note "AI-edited photo"; please do not remove this note when sharing publicly.
- Pixô does not use your photos for advertising or to train AI.
4. Credits and payment
- Each account gets 3 free previews. Later runs are paid with credits, with the price shown on each style before you tap.
- Packs: 29.000đ = 25 credits · 79.000đ = 80 credits · 199.000đ = 220 credits · 499.000đ = 600 credits. Pay by VietQR bank transfer to the account of Công ty Cổ phần Thương mại Dịch vụ Thuê Nhanh; credits are added automatically when the money arrives.
- Credits can only be used within Pixô, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred to another account.
- Inviting friends by referral code: new friends get free photos when they sign up and credits when their first payment reaches the set level; the inviter is rewarded when that friend pays. Free photos carry the Pixô logo, are standard quality and have an expiry date. Gifts cannot be exchanged for money, count only once per friend, and amounts may change. Pixô may cancel gifts if fraud is detected.
- If AI processing fails, the credits for that run are refunded automatically. If you delete your account, remaining credits are not refunded.
- Wrong transfer amount or missing transfer note: contact 0888 441 886 for help.
5. Photo storage
- Originals auto-delete after 30 days. Locked photos auto-delete after 30 days. Unlocked photos are kept for 12 months from unlocking.
- You should save photos to your device; after these periods photos are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
6. Prints delivered to your door
- You can print photos unlocked in HD on Pixô and photos from your device. Priced per sheet, whether it holds 1 or several photos: 10×15 cm 6.000đ, 13×18 cm 10.000đ, 15×20 cm 14.000đ, A4 22.000đ (VAT included). Minimum order 35.000đ in photos, except ID-only orders.
- ID photos print on a 10×15 cm sheet; pre-cutting each photo costs 4.000đ/sheet extra. AI-made ID photos are for reference: passport and visa applications may require a new photo to their own standards.
- You are responsible for photos you upload to print (right to use them, no breach of the law). We refuse to print violating photos and refund you.
- The preview frame before ordering shows exactly what will be printed.
- Standard delivery 25.000đ, 2–4 days, nationwide, free for photo orders from 199.000đ. Express delivery 49.000đ, within 3 hours of printing, inner Ho Chi Minh City only and ordered before 16:00.
- Payment in advance by bank transfer. Orders are printed after full payment is received.
- Defective, blurry or clearly off-color prints, or damage in delivery: report within 7 days with a photo and we will reprint and redeliver free, or refund you if you prefer.
- Canceling before printing: full refund within 1–2 business days. Once printed, orders cannot be canceled, except for the defects above.
7. Limitation of liability
- The service may be interrupted for maintenance or because of AI provider issues; credits for failed runs are then refunded.
- You are responsible for the photos you upload and how you use the results.
8. Changes and complaints
- These terms may be updated; important changes will be announced on the website.
