Công ty Cổ phần Thương mại Dịch vụ Thuê Nhanh (the data controller and processor) respects your personal data when you use Pixô. This policy follows the Personal Data Protection Law and its guiding documents.
1. Data we collect
- Account information: email, name and profile picture (when signing in with Google/Apple).
- Photos you upload and result photos, along with the look you choose.
- Credit top-up and usage history, transfer notes.
- When ordering prints: the recipient's name, phone number and address, and the message printed on the card.
- The minimum technical data needed to run the service and prevent abuse (access times, errors).
2. Purposes
- Editing photos at your request, displaying and storing photos in your account.
- Recording payments, adding and refunding credits, and supporting you when problems occur.
- Printing and delivery: print staff and couriers (GHTK, GHN, Viettel Post, Ahamove, Grab) receive the name, phone number and address for delivery.
- Sending sign-in codes and notifications about your photos. Promotional messages are sent only if you turn them on in Settings.
We do not sell data, and do not use your photos for advertising or to train AI.
3. Sending photos to an overseas AI processor
To edit photos, your photo is sent to an AI provider (fal.ai, United States) and used only to create the result for that run; we require that input and output photos are not retained. You are asked for consent before your first run and can withdraw it in Settings (new photos then cannot be created).
4. Storage and support providers
- Data and photo storage: Supabase (Singapore servers), encrypted in transit.
- Web server: Cloudflare. Sign-in code emails: Resend. Sign-in: Google, Apple.
- Payment: bank transfer, automatically reconciled via SePay. We do not store card numbers or bank passwords.
- Visit counting: we count total visits by day and source (such as Facebook, Google) ourselves. No cookies, no IP addresses stored.
5. Retention
- Originals: 30 days. Locked photos: 30 days. Unlocked photos: 12 months from unlocking. Then auto-deleted.
- Photos uploaded for printing (not through AI): 30 days after last use, kept until the print order is handed to the courier.
- Print orders and delivery information: kept with the payment ledger for reconciliation and reprint warranty.
- Account: until you delete it. The payment ledger is kept as accounting rules require but separated from your identity after account deletion.
6. Your rights
- View and download all your data: Account → Settings → Download data.
- Edit information, turn news on/off, withdraw consent to photo processing: Account → Settings.
- Delete your account and photos: Account → Delete account (immediate, cannot be recovered).
- Other personal data requests: send to ceo@thuenhanh.vn; we respond within 3 business days.
7. Children
Photos of children may be uploaded only by a parent or guardian, or with their consent.
